Avalon Centers is totally committed to providing excellent care for your patient or client. With a proper release in place, we will keep you apprised of your patient or client’s progress to include any medications provided or prescribed, meal planning information and a comprehensive discharge plan.

Throughout treatment, the primary therapist will speak with you to coordinate treatment information, share important clinical information and prepare for discharge planning and follow up at your office.
